My daughter’s vision

Several days ago I bragged, I mean blogged about my daughter’s work at Kitchen Belleicious and her debut in the pages of Southern Child magazine.  Since then, I’ve alluded to another, larger annoucement. This would be that, my friends.

While it was exciting for this proud mama to see Jessica’s work at Kitchen Belleicious getting a little press, nothing can compare to the joy of watching her pursue a passion that will change the lives of little ones she has never met and will likely never see.

Please check out Jessica’s vision in her own words and follow the link to the great work she has committed herself to– and trust me– this child will see it through. She won’t be denied. (This IS the child whose first words were “me do it”.)  If you see fit to help her, bless you. If you can only post a note of encouragement, that would be great, too. Regardless, I hope she inspires you the way she inspires her mother. We CAN make a difference in our world.

Hugs, Shellie

Wow! I can not wait to talk to my husband and see how we can help! I’m amazed and inspired! I love that she is actually DOING something. So many of us want a way to help, but do not know where to start. I love that she is taking the initiative and stepping out in faith to make a change for these precious ones. Even if we are only able to help a little bit financially, no matter what, we will commit to pray for this ministry, for your daughter, and for God to be glorified through her obedience to follow His leading and step out in faith in a BIG way!
