Folks, we’ll begin by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.  Then we’ll line a cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Next, we’ll arrange a pound of bacon in a single layer. We’ll sprinkle it with brown sugar mixture, flip, and repeat.

That’s it for prep! All we have to do now is bake it for fifteen to eighteen minutes. Watch carefully, y’all oven temps vary. You’ll want to remove when the bacon is crisp but not burned! The other day I added this to my corn casserole. YUM! But, seriously, there’s not much it doesn’t improve. We can eat it like candy at my house. We don’t. But we could. You’re going to want to try this Brown Sugar Bacon, y’all! It’s good eating from the All Things Southern kitchen to yours~
